The location of this place is great, as it's near Rotunda da Boavista. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the beach provides shower facilities and towels. The kitchenette is very convenient.

The double bed was large. The rooms were very spacious. You can use a kitchen for cooking. It was possible to use free wifi access and shower facilities at the beach: )

We enjoyed the apartment and its EXCELLENT location. We wanted to explore porto cathedral and this place was a perfect base for this.

Mainly the location: though situated in the city center, the surroundings have been quiet at night.

We stayed in a family apartment supposed for 4 persons, however, the 2 beds installed at the living room are too small and uncomfortable!

The apartment is super for a city break, central shopping area and on metro -tram stop. Good area.

Strong smell in hall way of the building on entry. This was not a problem however in the apartment.

Conveniently located, good kitchen, everything clean and operational.

We had a great time. The apartment is in the city centre so the location is convenient to most things you'd want to see in Porto (but if you don't feel like walking it's only about 50 metres to the nearest metro station). The apartment itself is clean and spacious and the kitchen has most things you need for a short city break (and a bottle opener - very important!). The nearest "express" style supermarket is just around the corner (up the road slightly from where you pick up the keys to the apartment).

Quite a big and spacey apartment, fully equipped and modern, great location!

The apartment is nice and big, has kitchen stuff and you can prepare your own breakfast.

The laundry machine does not dry the clothes, the neighborhood was full of beggars and the internet access was not available.

Check in around the block was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was nicely furnished, modern and overall comfortable. Decent location for Porto on the main shopping street in the new town.

Hard to figure out how to work the key to get in the front door and which apartment was ours. Apartments facing the main drag were very noisy if the windows were open which they needed to be since the air conditioning didnt seem to be doing anything. The hot water for a shower was appalling, not even enough for one person to take half a shower.

Excellent location for walking the sights. Plenty of room in 4 bed apartment for 2, would not have suited 4 adults. Plenty of soap, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent provided.

Washing machine but nowhere to dry washing! No plug for kitchen sink. No cutting knife or board. Some plates are cracked and need replacing. No wine glasses.

clearly wasn't cleaned properly, dust from building site next door thick on furniture. Kitchen missing basic items such as a sharp knife and tea towels. Woken by noise from apartment upstairs two nights in a row at 5:30am. Bed very uncomfortable (old mattress and pillows)

No maid service provided, no towel/linen change for four night stay, was self catering apartment but no cleaning equipment such as mop/brush etc More information would have helped re waste disposal.

Super location, bright new sunny apartment.

lacked a coffee machine, insufficient hot water for more than one person to shower in a row. lacked some relevant information e.g. map showing locations of supermarkets with opening times. Though the apartment was clean, there were stains on the duvet covers (probably not washed at high enough temp). Gives you pause, rather than putting you off, would stay again but would not rate it as deluxe
